Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot always be cancelled.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice.

Orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship throughout Sweden and selected countries within the European Union.

Estimated delivery times:

• Sweden: 2–5 business days

• European Union: 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates

Within Sweden

• 59 SEK for orders below 899 SEK

• Free shipping on orders of 899 SEK or more

European Union (excluding Sweden)

• Flat-rate shipping of 129 SEK (approximately €12).

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Within Sweden: A return shipping fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from the refund.

• Outside Sweden: Customers are responsible for the full return shipping cost.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once opened or used.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, branding, images, product photography, graphics, text, videos, designs, and other materials—is the property of Zayoura The Label AB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
